VAVILOV, Stanislav Vladimirovich

Graduated in 1991 from the Far Eastern Socio-Political Institute.
1975-1977, service in the Soviet Army.
1977-1979, metal caster at Kalininsky excavator factory.
In 1979 went to the Far East with family.

1988-1990, head of organizational department, Oktyabrsky district committee of Communist Party of the Soviet Union (SPSU), Jewish Autonomous Region
1990-1992, deputy chairman of the Oktyabrsky District Council of People's Deputies.
March, 1994, elected to Legislative Assembly of Jewish Autonomous Region on constituency No 12.
On March 29, 1994 has been elected chairman of Legislative Assembly of the Jewish autonomous region.
October, 1997, re-elected chairman of Legislative Assembly of the Jewish autonomous region.
Since January 1996, member of the Federation Council for Jewish Autonomous Region (re-elected on November 9th 2001).
Was Russian representative in Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe (CLRAE), Council of Europe.
Chairman of the Committee for Court and Legal Issues.
Member of the Commission for Methods of Exercising the Federation Council's Constitutional Powers.
Was a member of the Edinstvo (Unity) and Otechestvo (Fatherland) All-Russian Party.
A termination date of powers - October, 2005.
Married, with three children. Wife - Galina Alexeyevna.
