TKACHEV, Alexander Nikolayevich
Governor of Krasnodar territory
Born December 23, 1960 in Vyselki, Krasnodar territory.
Graduated in 1983 from the Krasnodar Polytechnic Institute.
1994, elected deputy of the territory's Legislative Assembly.
1995 and 1999, elected deputy of the State Duma.
December 3, 2000, elected head of the Administration of Krasnodar territory with 82,14% of the vote.
March 14, 2004, re-elected for the second term.
