Prof. Tambovtsev is the Head of laboratory for institutional analysis at the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University. As an expert in charge of some projects of the Bureau of Economic Analysis Foundation, he has been dealing with the analysis of Russian economy and law. Mr. Tambovtsev actively cooperated with the Russian Ministry of Antimonopoly Policy and the Ministry of Economic Development & Trade.
Mr. Tambovtsev is the author of several books and more than 260 publications.
