CHUB, Vladimir Fyodorovich
Governor of Rostov region
Born July 24, 1948 in Pinsk, Brest region, Belorussian SSR
Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of waterway transport (St. Petersburg University of water communications).
1990 - graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Council of Ministers of USSR.
October 1991 - appointed Head of Administration of Rostov region by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation
1993 - appointed to the Federation Council
September, 1996 - elected governor of the Rostov region
September, 2001- re-elected to this post for the third ttime
Married, with one daughter.
