KLEBANOV, Ilya Iosifovich

1974 - graduated from the M.I. Kalinin Polytechnic Institute in Leningrad; majored in electrical engineering
May 1998-Feb. 2002 - served as Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation
Feb. 2002-Nov. 2003 - served as Minister of Industry, Science and Technology
Nov. 1, 2003 - appointed Presidential Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District.
Member of the Security Council since 2003
