KNYAGIN, Vladimir Nikolaevich

Born: January 20, 1961 in Abakan, Krasnoyarsk Krai
1983 - graduated from the Department of Law, Leningrad State University.
1989 - Master’s Degree in Law from the Leningrad State University.
1989-2002 - lectured in the Krasnoyarsk State University and in the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University.
1997 - Founder and CEO of Resource Consult consulting agency in Krasnoyarsk.
2002 - Head of the Laboratory for Political and Law Studies at the Center for Strategic Research in Krasnoyarsk Krai. As a consultant, he worked with different Russian and foreign research centers and think tanks.
Dec. 2004 - Scientific Director at the Center for Strategic Research North West.
Since April 2006 - Director of CSR North West
Mr. Knyagin is a member of the Board of Experts that reviews and selects applications for industrial special economic zones at the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. He is also the author of more than 40 scientific works and numerous articles and books.
