Ownership Structure: Vladimir Nekrasov owns 60% of Arbat-Prestige stock and the managing company Troika Dialog owns the remaining 40%.

Regions: Arbat-Prestige currently has 28 stores: 20 in Moscow and Moscow region, 7 in Saint-Petersburg and 1 in Kazan.

History: In 1989 a cosmetics and perfume store called “Prestige” was opened on Arbat street in Moscow. The company later changed its name to “Arbat-Prestige”. In 1998 the first retail store of “Arbat-Prestige” opened in Ochakovo.

The second “Arbat-Prestige” store opened on Leninsky Prospekt and has one of the highest inventory turnover rates by the square meter of any commercial space in the world.

In 2003 one of the world’s biggest perfume and cosmetics center was opened on Krestianskaya Zastava plaza with total commercial area of 5000 square meters.

In January 2008, Vladimir Nekrasov, the company's gerneral director, was arrested  for tax evasion, which led to the closing of store outlets in St. Petersburg and Moscow.
